Challenge
The Client wished to refresh its online presence and provide a better delivery experience to maintain its leading position. As pharma wholesale is a highly regulated market, distinguishing oneself from the competition by providing high-quality service is often difficult, but essential for business. Focusing on pharmacies and their user experience from the get-go, we created a brand new web portal, complemented by a data science-backed delivery prediction system.
